Maintenance / Grounds Upkeep Help Required (multiple people would be ideal)

With everything the leaders already do, we could do with some help maintaining the premises both inside and outside.

This is about odd jobs, rather than large upkeep projects and we could do with a team of people who can spare some time every few weeks.

In addition you can escalate any significant maintenance issues found via a simple electronic form for the Group Executive to handle.

Main Duties/Tasks

EXTERNAL TASKS

• Cutting the grass as and when the weather permits (lawnmower/fuel supplied)
• Removing the weeds that magically appear on a frequent basis around the car park & the boundary fence-line (weed killer supplied)

INTERAL TASKS

• Fixing minor items that are broken as and when required
• Minor electrical repairs e.g. sockets (if suitably skilled)
• Minor plumbing repairs e.g. leaking internal drain pipe (if suitably skilled)
